Its easy to get sucked into the hype of the get in early mentality. Unless you want to be jumping onto the next best thing every week, it's better to take your time and do a thorough analysis of the company AND to see if that meets your personal values. No such thing as a perfect company of course, but one can save yourself from a lot of frustration down the road if the company is in alignment with your vision and values.
