Your Attitude!
At this point in time in my life I can’t stop thinking about how important it is to learn to control ones attitude. It truly is the determining factor between you finding success and ultimately finding happiness.
It is not circumstance, it is not money, it is not anything else other than your attitude. If a person never learns to grasp this simple to understand yet complicated to implement concept, they will unfortunately never understand what it really means to be happy.
My childhood was a very simple and very humble childhood. We did not have the things that would have been considered luxury items, or anything that had to do with the latest and greates stuff.
And looking back on those childhood experiences of dissappointment and frustration I am actually very greatful to have had the childhood I recieved. Because in my adult life it prepared me to look for the positive in things. Don’t focus on what you don’t have. Focus on what you got. And because of that I find myself smiling when others are not. Laughing when others seem to be unable too.
I am a happy person and someone who enjoys life regardless of my circumstance.
I learned a long time ago that if you are relying on the things of this world and the accumulation of “stuff” to make you happy, it will in the end be a life wasted. Because that hole can never be fillled. It will always need to be filled with the things that one would consider is needed to make them happy.
We have to be willing to analyze our situation and appreciate the things we have and no longer worry about the things we don’t. And you will be surprised at how all those other things that you once thought to be important seem to fall into your life anyways, and with little to no energy focused on making it so.
